This website is operated by ShaveBestie. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ShaveBestie. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Please read them before using the store. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not use the site or buy from it.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor may you transmit any malicious code through the site. A breach of these terms ends your right to use the Services.

Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. Colours are named as accurately as we can manage, but screens differ and a colour can look slightly different in your hand than on your monitor.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. Where an order is cancelled by us, you are refunded in full.

Not medical advice

What we sell is a personal grooming appliance. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use the trimmer on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, over moles or warts, or on an area you are treating with prescription medication. If you have a skin condition, speak to a doctor first. Stop using it if it causes irritation.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order we suspect to be fraudulent, and to verify a payment method before dispatch.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return is set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Third-party links and services

The site may include links to third-party material. We are not responsible for third-party content, and you should review any third party's own policies before engaging with them.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews or other material, you agree that we may use, edit, copy and publish it in any medium without restriction and without payment. We are under no obligation to keep any submission confidential. You agree that your submissions will not violate anyone's rights and will not contain unlawful or abusive material.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland, where ShaveBestie is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of your own country of residence.
