Orders leave within one to two business days and delivery then takes 3 to 9 business days. Shipping is free, and your tracking number reaches you by email the moment the parcel ships.
Free returns for 90 days
You have 90 days from delivery to send it back, and return shipping is on us. The device must be unused and in its original packaging. Changed your mind, wrong choice, no reason at all: it does not matter, and you are not paying postage to find out.
Damaged, faulty or lost
If the parcel goes missing, arrives broken or the device does not work, email us at support@unwinded.com with photographs. We send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you. If nothing has arrived 30 days after dispatch, you get your money back.
1-year warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from delivery. Email us with your order number and a description of the fault and we repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage or wear to the finish.

Yes. A built-in 1,200 mAh battery powers it, so it goes from the sofa to the car to the plane. It cannot be used while it is charging.
How long is a session?
Fifteen minutes. A timer switches it off automatically, so you can close your eyes without watching the clock.
